With United States Postal Service Delivery Priority Service Shipping, most orders take about 3 days to arrive. However, this time frame is NOT guaranteed. Every once and a while delivery of goods may be delayed due to circimstances beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to: Acts Of God, Acts of Terrorism, Customs Delays, Natural Disasters, Items Out of Stock, and Delayed Shipping to ShearsforHair by our great wholesalers. If you need your order quicker, we urge you to upgrade to a faster shipping method. Faster methods of shipping are available for an additional fee. All orders are shipped out expediously. Orders placed weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day (excludes Sundays and some holidays).

If you prefer to order through our store and send your payment in via snail mail, you may send a money order or personal check to ShearforHair. When placing your order please note colors/sizes and any other options available, shipping charges and mail payment to Payments at ShearsforHair, 188 Hebron Church Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107. ShearsforHair reserves the right to hold shipment of goods until personal checks have cleared.

Please indicate the product you are purchasing, or layaway invoice number, you are sending payment for. Please understand, if you pay with personal check via mail or Google Checkout, we are unable to ship your purchase until such check has cleared. Google electronic payments are an easy, safe and quick way to pay. Using their service assures you that we ship your purchase as soon as possible.

We ship internationally as well. Please contact us for pricing. We do not ship internationally for the standadrd $8.95 Charge as it is impossible.

We are also proud to ship to our military folks and their families at APO adresses!

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must not be damaged, show signs of excessive wear or abuse, and must be returned with the original packing and ALL FREE merchandise or premiums. You must email or call ShearsforHair prior to returning. This allows ShearsforHair to provide return instructions and a return authorization number. All returns are subject up to a 10% restocking fee (at ShearsforHair discretion). All orders MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in order for ShearsforHair to issue a refund or exchange. NO RETURNS will be accepted without an authorization number. Please note: Customers will pay shipping back to ShearsforHair and are responsible for insuring any returns. ShearsforHair is NOT responsible for the safety of your return. We suggest that you insure the return and require signiture confirmation on all returns for your own comfort and safety. Every order we send is insured, confirmed, and requires signiture confirmation unless otherwise stated. ShearsforHair is not responsible for returns lost during shipping. ShearsforHair does not refund shipping costs unless otherwise agreed, as this cost is beyond our control.
